With over 10 years of fitness experience, Ash Fitness is an expert in capitalizing on maximizing fitness results in a small period of time. Placing emphasis on both health and fitness, he has strategically combined his passion for health and fitness and love for helping others together and is excited to share with you his online training. He leads by example, and has dedicated these past two years in choosing to make a life change in his fitness routine and diet to reach his goals and remain consistent.
These programs have been tailored by Ash for those who truly desire results. The programs are equipped with a customizable step by step guide that educate, inspire and provide accountability.
Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, tone, or to incorporate a healthier fitness lifestyle, Ash has mastered all of the above and is capable of helping you reach your goals!

STRUCTURE:
Receive a workout program and meal plan that are customized to you and your goal. Everything from weight lifting, abs, and recovery are included in the workout plan. You will be on a meal plan with the correct foods, macros, and calories needed for your body type.
KNOWLEDGE:
No matter your current fitness level, you will learn and benefit from this program. Beginners will receive the proper tools and guidance to make sure they are on a safe and effective track to getting to their goals. Intermediates will continue to progress toward their goals without hitting a plateau.
